PMC’s Mentorship Program was truly a turning point in my career. Being paired with a mentor from American Express opened my eyes to product management and clarified what I value in a future role. Even after the program, my mentor and I stayed connected, and that relationship has become a lifelong friendship. Most importantly, this experience helped me gain a clear sense of direction and introduced me to a network of like-minded peers.

I have always been interested in tech but only really learned about product management after entering college, so having an experienced mentor to speak with was incredibly helpful in understanding the career, defining my own goals, and figuring out how to achieve them. Moreover, I loved getting to know my mentor on a personal level and am deeply grateful to the mentorship program for introducing me to someone I admire both professionally and personally.
