Learn product management by actually doing it. Tackle different aspects of the PM role as you build out your product case.
Product Team is a 10-week hands-on program designed for a select cohort of students to experience the full product management lifecycle. From ideation to production specifications, students choose a product they use and love, identify user problems, and develop effective solutions from the ground up—just like product managers do every day. Guided by experienced PMs, our cohorts gain practical skills and bring their product ideas to life.

While all students are welcome to apply, our program is designed for freshmen and sophomores. By focusing on early-career students, we can tailor the curriculum to their needs and foster a cohesive cohort experience. We've found this focus creates the most learning and growth opportunities for our participants.
You’ll have the opportunity to connect with multiple PMs who will evaluate your work, gain recruiting and interview insights from industry professionals during PM Exposure Week, network through an exclusive office tour, and learn from guest speakers in hands-on workshops during weekly sessions.
The program starts with three weeks of collaborative group work, helping you build relationships, conduct user research, and develop stronger ideas together. After Week 3, you’ll transition to individual work on your chosen product or feature, mimicking the work of a real PM—collaborating cross-functionally with engineers and designers rather than other PMs.
Each week, you'll complete hands-on deliverables that build your PM skillset and portfolio. These include business analyses, user interview documentation, survey designs, PRDs, feature specs, and interactive Figma prototypes. Each deliverable is designed to showcase practical PM skills that help you stand out in internship and job applications.
It depends. You'll work with existing products from established companies, giving you a realistic PM experience. However, you'll have the opportunity to conceptualize and develop entirely new features within these companies, or even products depending on your user research. This approach gives you both the constraints of a business context and the creative freedom to innovate.
Product Team is a hands-on, cohort-based program where students work through the full PM lifecycle, from user research to product development. Unlike Mentorship, which focuses on individual career growth and networking, Product Team emphasizes collaborative, project-driven learning to build real-world PM skills.
